Origin and Properties of the Ingredients
Citric acid is derived from the fermentation of sugar-rich by-products like molasses. Due to its ability to bind with calcium carbonate and release carbon dioxide, it effectively dissolves limescale in toilet cleaners. The vegetable thickening agent ensures the cleaner clings to surfaces, allowing it to act on tough deposits.
